To be clear, I am not a qualified Feldenkrais or a Somatics practitioner. However, I have studied these methods for many years and use them daily in my clinical approaches as a Physiotherapist. I also use them to inform and enhance my own movement journey. I find these combinations so beneficial and I think you will too.
My overarching intention within each class is to create a flowing style of movement, that builds resilience, improves confidence and refines our mobility. Equally important is the element of play, which leads to enjoyment.
