This class takes elements from Pilates, Feldenkrais and Natural Movements to help restore the physical capabilities we need in order to participate and interact with the physical world around us.
To be clear, I am not a Feldenkrais practitioner, but I practice this method and use it daily to inform and enhance my own movement journey. I find these combinations so beneficial and I think you will too.
