We are a husband & wife team, Colin and Nia Roberts. We are one in our belief that the health and well-being of us all, should be fortified with an appropriate level of fitness, good nutrition, and regular movements, and the one constant that we all need, is a strong and functional breath.
It is this firm belief that underpins everything we strive for at Lexva. We want you to feel present and involved, and to have fun along the way to better health!
At LEXVA we provide a unique patient centred Physiotherapy service from our home clinic. We also, by request, provide a domiciliary service for those clients unable to leave their homes.
We strongly believe in our individualised approaches, our treatments are considered and effective. As specialists in Musculoskeletal Pain, Neuro-rehabilitation, and adopting Pain management approaches such as Cognitive Functional Therapy for the management of disabling low back pain (for example), LEXVA, in alliance with you, will coach you back to your functional confident self.
There is a reason we stand by our moto “Movement for Life”.
With a wide range of well-subscribed, community-based exercise classes—including Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Stretch, Strength & Conditioning, and Fit for Life—we offer a truly holistic approach to movement, health, and rehabilitation.
Colin is a qualified Qigong teacher and currently (Feb 2026) is in his second year of a four-year accredited professional Feldenkrais Method® training programme. He is refining his skills in both Awareness Through Movement® group lessons and Functional Integration® hands-on sessions.
The Feldenkrais Method® is a gentle, neuroscience-informed approach to improving how you move, feel, and function. Through slow, guided movement explorations, it supports the nervous system to reduce unnecessary tension, improve coordination, and discover more efficient and comfortable patterns of movement.
Whether you are seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury, or looking to enhance performance and long-term resilience, this work supports greater ease, stability, and confidence in both everyday life and specialised activity.
With over 25 years of experience in health, sport, and rehabilitation, we are confident in providing a professional, bilingual, and highly individualised service tailored to the needs of each person.
Our unique approach is grounded in evidence-based clinical practice, a mindful and person-centred focus, and an ongoing commitment to learning and professional development.
We live and experience life with our children on Ynys Môn / Anglesey—a place rich in prehistory and blessed with outstanding rugged beauty. As a family, we spend much of our time moving and exploring its contrasting landscapes, surfing, cycling, and climbing together.
