This class is a yoga inspired blend of strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.
This dynamic yet grounding class combines the strength-building aspects of bodyweight exercises, the fluidity of vinyasa-style movement, and the stability of Hatha yoga to create a practice that enhances both power and flexibility. Each session focuses on controlled movement, mindful breathwork and deep stretches to fortify the body and mind.
