Nia is a Level 4 Exercise Referral Professional and works part-time for Anglesey council on the National Exercise Referral Scheme. She is a REPs registered Level 4 Functional Group Exercise Instructor, which includes Cardiac Rehabilitation classes, Postural Stability classes, Fit for Life classes, Aqua-Fit & Aqua-Natal classes, Spinning classes, and Pure Stretch classes. Nia is also a Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist and is a member of the IIHST (International Institute of Holistic Therapies).
Nia is also a fully qualified Yoga Instructor, and is delivering her YogaNiaYou classes.

He is a state registered musculoskeletal and neuro-rehabilitation specialist Physiotherapist. Specialising in all levels of pain management and movement dysfunction, Colin is also a Cognitive Functional Therapist. Having worked in the NHS front line for 17 years, he also lectured on the Post Graduate Physiotherapy degree at the Health Sciences Department at Bangor University. He worked for the NHS as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in various GP practices on Anglesey and Bangor. Colin is a Level 3 Pilates Mat work Instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. He is a Level 3 Strength and Functional Conditioning coach; a Qigong instructor; and an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breathing Instructor; and a qualified acupuncture for pain practitioner.
Forever curious, he is currently in his second year of four of studying the accredited professional Feldenkrais Method® training program, which is a gentle, neuroscience-informed approach to movement and learning that helps improve comfort, coordination, and overall function. Through slow, mindful movement explorations, it supports the nervous system to reduce unnecessary tension, develop more efficient movement patterns, and build lasting resilience, whether for pain relief, recovery, or enhanced performance.
Colin’s background as an athlete and physiotherapist includes rugby, triathlons, adventure racing, and cycling; he remains active in Jujitsu and Judo, and bouldering; he was a competitor in the Welsh Adventure Racing team; has worked as a soigneur/physio for the British Cycling team, which included World Champion and Tour de France Cyclists. Colin is currently physiotherapist for team Ynys Mon, recently represented at the International Island Games held in Gibraltar, and most recently at Guernsey during the summer of 2023.
